This Cycle
This cycle focused heavily on competition preparation ahead of the district tournament in High Point, North Carolina. After the tournament, classes returned to sharpening the remaining testing skill sets.
Students should bring all sparring equipment every class day, even if sparring is not expected. Missing gear means the student will not be allowed to spar during that class.
A special board breaking class was scheduled for March 24, 2026 at the Rabon Road location. No regular classes were held at the school that day, and students were encouraged to ask questions before testing day.
Weapons class continued this cycle for junior, youth, and adult students, and some promotions moved students into different class times after they ranked up.
